Local animal shelter news

Hey, Oregon people (or anyone, really), everyone is passing around this announcement:

"Safe Have Humane Society (a non-kill facility) is inundated with dogs, cats, puppies and kittens so the shelter is offering Independence Day adoption specials.

Now till the 4th of July the adoption fee is being reduced on Dogs by $20, Adult Cat adoptions are down from $65 to $10!!! Kitten adoption fees are down to $45.

Each adoption includes initial shots and deworming, flea treatment, a collar and ID Tag, microchip and a complimentary veterinary exam. Each animal will already be spayed or neutered.

Safe haven is open from noon to 5pm Sat, Sun, Monday and Noon to 6pm Tuesday thru Friday. The shelter will be closed July 4th.
